This role involves onsite, hands-on client engagement management, overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple practices within our Digital Solutions portfolio, including Data, Cloud, Application Development, Agile, and DevOps. The successful candidate will guide teams, analyze proposals, provide solutions, and act as a liaison between clients and delivery teams.The role emphasizes successful delivery while leveraging trust as an advisor to identify additional client needs and develop proposals accordingly. Regular communication with clients throughout projects is essential.Responsibilities

• Client Delivery:
• Facilitate strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops.
• Manage client expectations effectively.
• Lead technical project teams delivering consulting services.
• Oversee objectives, requirements, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and ensure successful, timely delivery aligned with business goals.
• Break down problems, identify key factors, and determine project approaches.
• Authorize final project deliverables and present to executive management.
  • Business Development:
  • Support pursuits through client discovery and opportunity qualification.
  • Represent services during sales cycles, including scoping, proposals, and presentations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, presenting technical solutions to C-Level executives.
    • Practice Development & Thought Leadership:
    • Enhance advisory service offerings and deployment strategies.
    • Act as a technology thought leader and evangelist.
    • Maintain broad knowledge of current and future IT trends, technologies, and standards.
    • Mentor team members to foster growth and expertise.Qualifications
      • Minimum 10 years of experience leading transformative IT initiatives (e.g., cloud adoption, data governance, automation, agile scaling).
      • Senior-level consulting experience.
      • Strong understanding of business measurement frameworks like OKRs.
      • At least five years of executive technology consulting experience.
      • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
      • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
      • Proven business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
      • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to connect with diverse personalities.
      • Executive presence and experience as a change agent.
