Job Description:
Now offering a $10K sign-on bonus, this nursing position
requires independent practice in a 36-bed medical-surgical
unit.
Provides routine and complex patient care, utilizing the nursing
process and evidence-based practices.
Delegates tasks appropriately and addresses patients'
psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
Administers medications, monitors effects, and documents care.
Educates patients and families, assesses learning needs, and
promotes safety and quality care.
Ensures unit operations, manages patient throughput, and adheres to
healthcare regulations.
Requires RN license, BLS certification, and preferred BSN and
1-year experience.
