Job Description:

Seeking an Advanced Care Provider (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner) for concierge emergency and urgent care, including clinic duties and house calls in Water Mill/Hamptons (May-----"September).
Perform medical evaluations, develop treatment plans, and execute procedures like IV placement, suturing, and EKGs in various settings.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document in EHR, and ensure quality care and patient comfort.
Coordinate with care teams and manage supplies, ensuring smooth shift transitions.
Requirements include a Bachelor's, PA/NP certification, NY license, DEA, 2-----"3 years emergency/urgent care experience, and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS).
Must demonstrate strong clinical, procedural, organizational, and tech skills, with adaptability and excellent communication.
Pay ranges from $90-----"$98/hr, dependent on experience and location.
