YOUR DAY AS A LEAD INSTALLER - HVAC TECH As a Lead Installer - HVAC Tech, you exemplify the exceptional customer service we are renowned for. Your responsibilities include traveling to customers' homes and businesses to remove and replace HVAC equipment. In your capacity as a leader, you assign tasks to your team members upon arrival at the job site, ensuring that everyone has the necessary tools and equipment to complete their duties to the highest standard. Throughout the day, you supervise your team, offering guidance and support as required. You continuously monitor the progress of the installation and make any necessary adjustments to guarantee a smooth process.
