Available areas: Fort Dodge, IA Mason City, IA Grand Island, NE Eau Claire, WI Peoria, IL Enid, OK Austin, MN Rochester, MN Albert Lea, MN Lafayette, LA Pensacola, FL Kansas City, KS Albany, GA Trenton, GA Morganton, GA Dalton, GA We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (P.A.) looking to make a meaningful contribution to the healthcare of government personnel. We are seeking an Advanced Practitioner to perform H & P exams on military personnel while focusing on accurate documentation. Extended 60-minute appointments allow for comprehensive chart review & physical examinations. No acute or chronic disease management is required, which means no ordering of labs, medications, or diagnostics. Zero clinical overload Single-visit exams for insurance companies No prescription or diagnostic management No follow-ups No call Ample office time for charting Duties and Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive history and physical exams with a focus on maintaining health and readiness for government personnel Document patient assessments, findings, and recommendations accurately and promptly. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and follow established protocols. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Qualifications : Providers with access to their own exam room are preferred Current unrestricted and board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in conducting history and physical exams. Prior experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care is highly desirable but not required. Schedule : Make your own schedule Min 12 hrs/month Location : Providers who have access to their own exam room are highly preferred We are open to leasing office space
