Senior Electrical Engineer ETAP and SKM Hybrid Alpharetta, GA -
$115,000 to $150,000/ year Position Overview We are seeking a
highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading electrical
engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards,
and providing technical guidance to junior engineers. This role
requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills,
and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional
teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the
design and development of electrical systems for industrial, oil,
and gas projects. Perform detailed engineering calculations and
analyses for power distribution systems. Develop and review
electrical system designs, specifications, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards, including NFPA
and CFR. Collaborate with project managers and other engineering
disciplines to deliver projects on time and within budget. Provide
technical support during installation, commissioning, and testing
of electrical systems. Mentor and train junior engineers and
interns in electrical engineering best practices. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering,
preferably in industrial or utility sectors. Professional Engineer
(PE) certification is a plus. Proficiency in electrical design
software such as ETAP and SKM. Strong knowledge of power systems,
distribution systems, and medium voltage applications. Experience
with switchgear, transformers, drives, and motor control centers
(MVMCC). Familiarity with estimating project costs and timelines. -
