use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and
baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture. Our
operations department’s purpose is to deliver our industry-leading
services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is
performed to the QIMA standard of quality Job Description You will
be expected to: - Audit the manufacturing sites of our clients’
suppliers, sometimes without warning . Your areas of attention will
include labor rights, health and safety, environmental security,
and others, according to the applicable international standard or
the client’s in-house procedure - Be alert to any violations,
staying vigilant when dealing with factory management, and
recording all your findings in detailed reports, to be delivered to
the client - Approach your job with utmost integrity , as your
conduct during an audit can have lasting consequences for the
supplier, factory staff, and our clients We may also request you
to: - Provide your expertise in client meetings, to create custom
quality control procedures based on their specific requirements -
Contribute your ideas for improving the quality of our Operations
projects Qualifications Master’s degree or MBA in Engineering, Law,
Economics, Social Sciences, or related field ( mandatory APSCA
registration at CSCA level (mandatory ). Minimum 3 years’
experience as a Social Compliance Auditor. Recent SMETA / BSCI /
SA8000 / WRAPor mixed audit experience (last 12 months). Work
experience in 3rd party auditing. Strong English communication
skills (spoken & written). Based preferably in Eastern U.S.
(Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, New Jersey). Additional
Information Benefits & Compensation: Competitive annual salary: USD
110,000 All work travel (flights, hotels, car rentals) arranged &
