This role is pivotal in facilitating the growth of our market share by leveraging deep industry knowledge and sales expertise. The candidate will be instrumental in forming strategic partnerships and delivering tailored payment solutions to high-profile clients in the sports and entertainment sector, driving both client satisfaction and revenue growth. Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the sports and entertainment industries. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Collaborate with product teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting. Stay abreast of new product offerings and emerging technologies in the payments industry. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Ability to deliver presentations to a range of audiences Strong business sense and industry expertise Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) preferred Any relevant industry certifications related to sports management or entertainment business
