Expertise: Educate patients on wellness services like Hormone
Replacement Therapy (HRT), IV Therapy, and vitamin programs. Sales
Leadership: Drive weekly and monthly sales goals by connecting
patients with life-changing wellness solutions. Patient Retention:
Build lasting relationships by supporting patients throughout their
wellness journeys. Team Collaboration: Train non-medical staff on
protocols and promote cross-functional teamwork. Local Marketing &
Community Engagement: Support marketing efforts by participating in
local events, networking, and outreach to increase brand awareness
and attract new patients. Brand Representation: Serve as an
ambassador of the 4Ever Young lifestyle, maintaining our high
standards in patient experience and operations. What You Bring to
the Role: 2 years successful track record in health, wellness, or
sales-related roles. A passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
Exceptional communication skills and a consultative sales mindset.
Ability to build relationships and foster patient loyalty.
Commitment to compliance and maintaining high ethical standards.
Willing to work weekends and evenings to accommodate patient
schedules Pay, Perks & Benefits: This position offers a competitive
salary, with a base range of $20-25/hr, depending on experience,
and qualifications. Additional compensation opportunities, such as
