Responsibilities

--- Set up showings for clients
--- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sales between buyers and sellers
--- Strive to complete 25 - 50 successful closings annually
--- Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers
--- Consult with clients in order to discover property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
--- Speed to Lead
--- Follow up consistently

Qualifications

--- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
--- Be customer focused with a positive attitude
--- Customer service or sales background preferred

Compensation

Responsibilities:

Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers

Qualifications:

Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
An established track record of successful real estate sales
Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desired
