As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you will be providing support to a number of clients from the comfort of your home. Support includes: coordinating roadside assistance for stranded motorists, assisting customers while preparing their tax , assisting to schedule medical appointments, answering questions after an order has been placed. SDT Consulting agents are true professionals providing world-class customer service to world class clients. We offer flexible hours with 100% autonomy.Full-time base pay for 40 hours or more per week. Part-time pay is for 25 - 39 hours per week (willingness to commit to 25 hours or more per week). ECS also includes bonuses and incentives based on hours worked. All hours/shifts are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. Earnings potential is $26,000 over $40,000 per year. This is an independent contractor 1099 position. Responsibilities

  • Participating in training and certification courses
  • Providing excellent customer service by guiding and helping others with a friendly attitude
  • Using your home computer to answer inbound phone calls, video calls, and/or live chats
  • Committing to and following through on working a minimum of 25 hours per week
  • Being accountable for hours you committed to workQualifications
  • Customer experience preferred but not required. Must have excellent communication skills and positive attitude
  • Must have a quiet, dedicated work space with a desktop or laptop, headset and reliable wired high-speed internet connection
  • Must demonstrate professionalism with excellent typing, communication and computer skills
  • Must be skilled in spelling and grammar rules
  • Must be willing to submit to standard background check, drug test, technology check and voice assessment
  • Must be willing to work hard and strive for high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Must be articulate with excellent command of the English language
  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Must have a high school degree or equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must reside in the US
  • Not eligible to residents of California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon or Wisconsin
  • Access to smartphone for system verification required Technical Requirements
  • CPU Speed Dual-Core 2.8 GHz or better
  • Intel i5 or i7 class or AMD Phenom Ryzen or equivalent processor
  • No Atom, Celeron, Pentium, Opteron Processors
  • Minimum Hard Drive Available Space: 20 GB

  • Minimum Internet Upload Speed: 3 mbs

  • Must have a desktop or laptop with ethernet cable connected to your computer from your router or modem
