What you'll doAs a Senior Business Analyst, you will work with Equfax customers and key stakeholders to provide requirements analysis and specifications for complex customer delivery projects. As required, this will also encompass end to end Business Analysis tasks associated with internal investment programmes of work and in particular Decisioning transformation projects.As part of the Technology team, you will be essential to enabling the delivery of solutions that enhance product offerings and ensure excellence in customer experience. The Technology Business Analysis Chapter is accountable for the end to end delivery of business capabilities within the SDLC.The role suits someone who is experienced, mature, bright, energetic, tenacious, hardworking, able to work effectively with different personalities, versatile and thrives when faced with ambiguity.What are we looking for?

• 7 + years' experience as a business analyst. Or proven experience as a Senior BA in a client industry with SME knowledge of credit processes /credit reporting.
• 3+ year experience managing client delivery projects and experience working on technology project
• Great stakeholder engagement and management skills and Succinct and effective communication style
• Exceptional facilitation skills including experience facilitating online workshop and large groups from all levels of the organisation
• Experience preparing content and presenting to senior leaders
• Self-driven with great organisation and time management skills
• Great influence and negotiation skills with an ability to adapt changing environment
• Flexible - This role may require taking on other responsibilities at times Google Suite, Office Software, Confluence and JiraWhat could set you apart?
  • Experience working for a large global organisation with stakeholders across geographies and time zones
  • 2+yrs of work experience in Financial Services, Technology or Data Company
  • Service design experience
  • Experience performing data analysis on large data sets
  • Working experience on cloud-based solutions
  • Experience applying design thinking principles during BA activities
