Job Description:

A company is looking for a HEDIS Principal Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and lead the HEDIS department and client assignments
Research, analyze, and recommend process efficiencies to improve operational performance metrics
Manage and monitor HEDIS and supplemental data projects, ensuring goal attainment within defined parameters

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred
Seven years of experience in a related field
Comprehensive understanding of HEDIS measures and requirements
Ability to analyze data and facilitate data-driven decision-making
Experience in process improvement, project planning, or statistical modeling
