We serves all applications, including both air and water cooled, and specializes in critical cooling applications including server rooms, industrial process applications, customer comfort and medical office buildings.Why join us?MedicalDentalVisionBonus StructureProfit Sharing/401KPTOPaid HolidaysJob DetailsThe estimator reports to the Vice President of Construction and is responsible for the preparation of bids including surveys, take offs, labor and material pricing, coordination with vendors and subcontractors and RFIs for both plan and spec and design build projects. This list is not exhaustive or all-inclusive but is intended to be used as a guide.Initiative, decisiveness, tact, integrity, judgment, and technical knowledge are essential to achieving departmental and corporate goals. Job related contact can occur virtually with all demographic groups, with the majority of daily contacts being with our employees and departmental customers.One or more years of combined practical and academic experience in the full range of HVAC sub-fields including digitizer takeoff and estimating software.Ability to successfully direct and coordinate the requirements of the customers, employees, outside suppliers, delivery schedules, and subcontractors.Ability to negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure prompt and timely delivery at the lowest possible price.Good oral and written communication skills.Skill and ability in promoting and selling projects and contracts on the phone and face to face.Ability to comprehend and implement applicable HVAC related federal, state, and local governmental laws, codes, and regulations.Current driver's license.Ability to represent the company at HVAC related social activities.Familiarity with the following computer programs; QuoteSoft, Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and Job Cost Accounting software.Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in drug free workplace programInterested in hearing more?
