results-oriented Automotive Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
As an Automotive Sales Manager , you will be responsible for
leading and managing our sales team to achieve dealership sales
goals and provide exceptional customer service. If you have a
proven track record in automotive sales management, a passion for
exceeding targets, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team,

and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and dealership
sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and
action plans to maximize revenue and profitability. Monitor and
analyze sales metrics, market trends, and customer preferences to
identify opportunities for growth. Establish and maintain strong
relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer
satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with the marketing department
to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns and
initiatives. Train and develop sales team members, providing
ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance their sales skills and
product knowledge. Conduct regular performance evaluations and
provide constructive feedback to optimize team performance. Monitor
and manage inventory levels, ensuring a well-stocked and diverse
selection of vehicles. Stay updated on industry trends, new models,
and advancements in automotive technology. Ensure compliance with
all legal, regulatory, and manufacturer requirements. Collaborate
with finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate and
timely financial reporting. Foster a positive and collaborative
work environment, promoting teamwork and a customer-centric
culture. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely
and professional manner. What you should possess: Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or
equivalent experience).Strong leadership skills with the ability to
inspire and motivate a diverse team.In-depth knowledge of
automotive sales processes and customer relationship
management.Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
abilities.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong
customer relationships. Knowledge of compliance, legal, and
regulatory requirements in the automotive industry. Ability to
analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business
decisions. Proficient in using dealership management systems and
sales software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and
interpersonal skills. Proven track record of success in automotive
