Responsibilities
The Revenue Cycle HB Reporting Analyst develops high level reports
for management and executive decision making daily, weekly and
monthly as well as presentations while providing analytical
support. The Analyst will create, maintain, and oversee Epic
reporting related to understanding gross and net revenue,
specifically but not limited to: denials management, charge lag,
new service line pro formas, government regulation analysis,
project/initiative modeling, reimbusement trending, payor
scorecards, and additional ad-hoc requests as necessary from Epic
program software. This position works collaboratively within all
areas of the Revenue Cycle team to provide quality analysis. This
position works in an independent fashion with limited supervision
and is responsible for timely, accurate, and objective
reporting.
