Job Summary :Responsible for planning, developing and implementing all aspects of the Commercial Account Management process. This field-based position is responsible for travelling to various locations within an assigned territory to negotiate Commercial Account agreements and to ensure consistently high standards of customer relations.Tasks and Responsabilities :Business Development:Identify Target ProspectsEngage the C-Level and top decision makersDevelop and deliver proposals and bidsUnderstand the industry/potential customer base.Strategic Account Management:Establish and maintain Key Account relationshipsEvaluate customer contracts to determine if they are receiving the correct pricingEstablish cluster segmentation by evaluating similar customer profilesDevelopment and Implement the Strategic Account Management:Forecast, plan and streamline "Best in Class" sales processesResearch, identify and solicit prospective accounts.Identify and facilitate of business development activities to expand our reach into new marketsInput and maintain all data related to prospective accounts in SalesNow.Overall Relationship and Outcome Management:Responsible for the Corporate Customer Relationship and ExperienceNegotiation of various agreements and follow-upAccountability for Business Outcomes and KPIsCommunication and Presentation Skills:Communication andamp; influence skillsNegotiation skillsPresentation and sales skillsAdditional Requirements:Adhere to all safety policies and proceduresAbide by all Bath Fitter policies and proceduresAttend and participate in regular branch and/or regional meetings and training sessionsPrioritize work activities, uses time efficientlyProfessional Dress and/or uniform, neat in appearance, observing rules of good grooming Regular attendance and punctuality are requiredPerform other duties as assignedJob Requirements :Education: College degree in a business-related field5-7 yeas of experience as a successful Top Performer in Solution Sales, Business Relations and Customer RelationsAbility to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level and combination square add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measureAvailable to travel as neededValid driver's license and maintain a clean driving recordAbility to obtain a passportPhysical DemandsThe primary physical demands of the Commercial Sales Consultant is medium work. Occasionally includes medium/heavy work that includes moving objects up to 75 pounds.Physical ActivitiesThe Commercial Sales Consultant position requires the regular performance all the following activities during daily work.Lifting individual tools, and small parts 0-3 times per day weighing - pound-1 pound.Carrying Wall Sample Bag 1-6 times per day weighing 28pounds for 10-500 feet.Carrying Presentation Cart 1-3 times per day weighing 25 pounds for 10-500 feet.Pushing/Pulling presentation carts 1-6 times per day weighing 10 pounds for 50-500 feet.Standing, walking, bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting occasionallySitting with client and driving occasionally.Climbing occasionally 7"-10"Reaching about shoulder up to 80 ".Reaching frequently below shoulder 19"-36" with deskwork and assisting with other jobs.Balancing occasionally with walking at residences.Gripping/Grasping frequently with material handling, keyboarding, writing, and driving.Other Physical RequirementsThe Commercial Sales Consultant position requires the following physical requirements:Seeing including near, far, and depth.Hearing to communicate with co-workers, customers, vendors, and hear announcements.Talking to communicate with co-workers, customers, and vendors.Wearing proper PPE including mask, gloves, vest, hard hat and composite shoes when appropriate.Demonstrated Skills :Able to speak clearly and persuasively; write clearly able to read and interpret written informationAbility to work collaboratively within the team for a common goalAble to demonstrate accuracy and completion; monitors own work to ensure quality. Looks for opportunities to improve and promote qualityEffectively use computer workstations, laptops, tablets, various software and video conferencing (i.E. Zoom, Teams, Skype)PandoLogic.
