Responsibilities The Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations and Reporting Analyst provides strategic business analysis services and project support to business partners through reporting, data analysis and dashboards. The focus of this position is to work closely with talent acquisition/recruiting areas to gain in-depth understanding of processes, operational and reporting needs while helping to identify opportunities to improve efficiency. The individual in this role uses strong problem solving, analytical and technical knowledge to develop data-driven recruitment dashboards, reports and analytics that drive recruitment decision making. Serves as dedicated Applicant Tracking System and other talent acquisition software SME to track, report and support future TA activities and initiatives using organizational metrics. This position functions independently using strong technical and internal systems knowledge to complete analyses, respond to requests and partner on system-wide projects. Through this work, we strive to provide value-added metrics and analytics that can inform and deliver solutions and next-generation recruiting to the organization and talent market. This Analyst will help in developing and maintaining new and existing reporting and models, along with recommending and implementing data-driven solutions that will help acquire quality talent for our businesses. Responsibilities of this role will include but is not limited to: - Develop customized analytical reports/dashboards to meet requests of external and internal customers. - Deep understanding of innovative reporting and performance Talent Acquisition metrics that align with business needs. - Management and Analysis of Surveys and Scorecards on Recruitment Performance. - Designs queries, reports and dashboards to assist leaders and team members in understanding historic and current metrics as well as predictive analysis. - Monitors and evaluates quality and effectiveness of Talent solutions by creating, maintaining and analyzing Talent metrics. - Provides ongoing reporting to TA and HR teams on talent programs. - Analyze business process flows and impact on technology flows. - Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders and other partners to ensure data integrity and develop appropriate auditing tools, reports and analysis methodologies. - Maintain, enhance, and streamline standardized reporting to ensure clients have timely, relevant, and accessible information and our processes are efficient and legally compliant. - Participate in continuous training efforts to TA team to ensure effective use of ATS and strong knowledge TA processes. - Synthesize information from various recruiting areas, functions, projects, etc. enabling the TA team to make key strategic decisions in a timely manner. - Attend meetings and daily communication sessions to keep abreast of project objectives, process workflows and progress of business concepts. Qualifications Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics Business Management, Finance or related field. Required Minimum Experience: - 3+ years of prior work experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or business intelligence analyst role including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) administration experience. - Experience in stakeholder management and vendor management. - Ability to build business cases that facilitate and accelerate the adoption of analytics and solutions. - Experience developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting. - Experience in an analytical role with the ability to interpret data, analyses results using statistical techniques to identify trends or patterns in complex data sets and provide ongoing reports. - Able to communicate complex messages and outputs from analysis in a confident and simple way, and the ability to train others in technical/analysis skills. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy preferred skills. - Advanced experience using report writing software and developing data visualizations using tools preferred. - Demonstrated expert proficiency in MS Excel and analytical platforms as well as creating PowerPoint presentations and storyboards that captivate business partners. - Intermediate to advanced SQL query writing and a strong understanding of relational data structures required. - In-depth knowledge of advanced technologies for analyzing large amounts of data. - Experience with applicant tracking, CRM, HRIS, and/or customer tracking databases to manage data and candidate relationships. - Intermediate level experience of VBA programming - including ability to update/maintain existing VBA code. - Ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal and external customers/vendors. - Innovative and creative thinker. Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and communicate them effectively. Required Minimum Skills: - Aptitude for using various software products and their corresponding report writing tools. - Excellent analytic skills and ability to manipulate/interpret raw data. - Possesses a high level of integrity and ability to work in a highly confidential environment. - Strong sense of urgency. - Self-starter with ability to multi-task. - Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to change easily. - Strong organizational and planning skills required with a close attention to detail and accountability. - Excellent communication skills (written and oral) as defined by the ability to create and deliver effective correspondence and presentations to Senior Leaders. - A passion for educating and communicating analytic findings at all levels. #LI-TW1
