Role Title: Lockbox Specialist
Location: Feldwood Rd, Georgia 30349 - Onsite
Duration: 06-07 months + Possible Extension
Start date: ASAP
Pay Rate: ($17-$18) hourly
Schedule: Weekend Nights - Thursday thru Sunday - 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Training - Thursday thru Sunday 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM

About the Role:
This position involves managing and processing incoming mail in a lockbox mailroom environment.
The role requires handling USPS mail, operating mail sorting equipment, and ensuring timely delivery to the production floor.

Responsibilities:
Receive and log incoming USPS mail and overnight deliveries for same-day processing.
Operated a high-speed mail sorter and performed routine maintenance on equipment.
Key from image (LVE) for unidentified mail during automated sorting.
Utilize mail look-up tools for handling Bulk Mail, Reject Mail, Miss-sorts, and Closed Mail.
Sort manual mail by type, such as AIC, Match & Compare, and Special M & C.
Prepare mail trays for delivery to the production floor.
Prepare and forward closed account mail according to forwarding instructions.
Prepare "Return to Sender" and "Non-Bank Mail" for return to the Post Office.
Document and track hourly deliveries to AIC teams using delivery custody forms, date/time tray tags, and mail log information for inventory reporting.
Maintain inventory reporting and tracking on site SharePoint.
Maintain sort patterns using daily implementation notices and updates.s.
Must be able to lift/move boxes, trays, and racks of work up to 50 lbs.

Education Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Skills:
Experience with mailroom operations and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs.
