Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Communication Specialist to
support patients and cardiology clinic customers.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitates accurate and timely interactions with patients and
clinic customers
Completes data entry and appointment scheduling across multiple
systems
Monitors patient connectivity and assists with troubleshooting home
monitoring equipment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma/GED required; college or technical degree
preferred
Basic cardiology knowledge required; experience in cardiology or
cardiac devices preferred
Excellent internet and technology skills required; experience with
EHR preferred
Experience working effectively in a remote environment
preferred
Demonstrated professionalism and courtesy with customers
