We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is responsible for building and optimizing high-converting funnels, automating lead-nurturing sequences, and leveraging HubSpot to drive measurable growth.



You'll be the architect behind our inbound strategy, from the first click to qualified consultation, ensuring our campaigns turn prospects into clients.

Responsibilities:
--- Design and manage marketing funnels across email, landing pages, ads, and website forms to capture and convert leads
--- Build and optimize workflows within HubSpot, including email sequences, lead scoring, and lifecycle stage transitions
--- Develop reports and dashboards in HubSpot to monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI
--- Collaborate with content, design, and intake teams to ensure seamless user journeys and lead handoffs
--- Implement and manage A/B tests to improve open rates, click-through rates, and funnel conversion metrics
--- Monitor and improve cost-per-lead
--- Set up and maintain UTM parameters, source tracking, and Google Analytics integration
--- Identify opportunities for new lead magnets, funnels, and automation campaigns
--- Troubleshoot issues in lead capture, delivery, or workflow performance

Qualifications:
--- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or funnel management
--- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (certifications a plus)
--- Proven success designing and managing lead generation funnels
--- Strong knowledge of email marketing, automation, and campaign segmentation
--- Comfortable working with data and analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Excel)
--- Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and ad attribution models
--- Excellent communication and project management skills
