As a Community Connections Specialist, your role is to acquire a number of new leads per week to support the firm's business plan and budget to deliver the targeted gross revenue and to execute per the marketing plan.

Responsibilities:
--- Lead generation for Initial Consultation
--- Build Referral Partnerships
--- Participate in, Coordinate, and facilitate marketing events
--- Convey the firm's value proposition to referral sources

Qualifications:
Required Skills/Abilities:
--- Proficient at building referral partnerships
--- Self-starter who is motivated to efficiently manage their schedule
--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
--- Ability to create new marketing ideas and content
--- Exceptional organizational abilities
--- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience:
--- A degree with a major in business, marketing, advertising, or communications is preferred. MBA is a plus
--- A strong track record of creating leads and prior marketing experience, with or without a degree, is essential
--- Deep understanding of all aspects of internet marketing
--- Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
