Premium Service Center Program Administrator

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Program Administrator - Premium Service Center.
Key Responsibilities:

Open and monitor work orders, providing direction on solutions based on customer requirements and history
Analyze complex problems and deliver solutions where precedent may not exist
Generate and review invoices for service, submitting them in a timely manner to the customer for payment

Required Qualifications:

High School/GED or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 months relevant experience
Experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare industries (preferred)
Must have or be able to obtain applicable state and/or local required industry licenses as required by state law
