Job Description:

ResponsibilitiesFunctions under the direction of the Laundry Operations Manager. Leads, directs, and coordinates activities for all employees in department to ensure production and quality standards are met and customer satisfaction obtained. Makes all personnel and production decisions in the absence of Operations Manager. Maintains and monitors all time and attendance. Effectively maintain good employee/management relations through fair and consistent application of all applicable personnel policies and procedures. Provides and administers all disciplinary actions for all productionemployees. Supervises the functions of designated areas for the Laundry. Solely responsible for the staffing and scheduling of all employees and providing their evaluations. Sets goals for department operations and employee satisfaction. Ensures operations are within budget. Oversees area of management assuring efficiency of operation and makes all critical daily production decisions to make sure customer deadlines are met. Totally responsible for hiring, training, and safety of all new employees. Works effectively with and in support of the supervisors, manager, and director. Serves as an integral part of the Laundry team. Assists with planning, development of processes, and fine tuning mechanisms, which add to the smooth running of the Laundry.Qualificationsundefined
