Job Description:

Selectek is seeking an experienced Technical Services Associate to help with their incoming equipment receiving department. The candidate will need to have a strong background taking equipment through a sterilization process and decontaminating all the medical equipment prior to releasing to the repair tech team.



Duties Include:

• 
  
• Decontaminates devices and accessories as necessary for all returned equipment.
  
• Ensures incoming logs are properly documented.
  
• Adheres to relevant technical procedures per standard operating and as necessary testing procedures per quality system regulations guidelines; provides critical verbal and as required written feedback.
  
• Creates service folders to align with equipment to be serviced and places equipment on appropriate shelf awaiting service.
  
• Relocates products to proper technical services locations as needed.
  
• Assists logistics personnel with receiving of equipment to be serviced.
  
• Performs daily duties related to the processing of incoming functions for medical devices and accessories; ensures detailed documentation protocols for incoming Inspections and testing are followed.
  
• Repairs/checks footswitches, lavage pumps, ECO2s, and other accessories/devices as directed.
  
• Performs incoming inspection on various new devices as directed.
  
• In addition to the above duties, other responsibilities may include repairs/checks to footswitches, lavage pumps ECO2's and equipment, and incoming inspection as needed.
  Required:
  • 
    
  • 1 plus year of experience receiving equipment and performing sterilization and decontamination cleaning.
