responsibilities for this role include developing creative and
innovative design solutions for tools and experiences that support
multiple types of users in different types of roles with varying
scope and objectives. The UX/UI Designer should be knowledgeable
with modern industry standards and be willing and eager to learn
new paradigms as they become mainstream. The responsibility spans
multiple digital delivery channels including web, mobile web, and
mobile native (among others).QualificationsRequired Minimum
Education
- BA/BS in Design; preferably UX-related fields of HCI, Product
Design, Architecture, or GraphicDesign.
- An additional 4+ years of professional work experience is
acceptable in lieu of formaldegree.Required Minimum Experience
- 2+ years of design experience in mobile applications, web
properties
- Strong analytical and conceptual UX design skills
- Knowledgeable of designing for mobile apps and responsive web
experiences; knowledgeable of user interface design processes and
methodology, including user-centered design
- Capable of designing user experiences that support business
goals and user needs
- Ability to design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes; iterate
on user interface design and interaction flow of applications and
experiences based on user feedback
- Ability to leverage metrics, optimization, and qualitative and
quantitative research to inform and validate design decisions
- Experience with rapid prototyping and visualization tools (such
as Sketch, Figma, Axure, iRise, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, Adobe CC,
Invision, Flinto, Framer, UXPin or other UX prototyping
tools)Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Experience with style guides, iconography, and/or
typograph
- Experience with front-end web and mobile technologies such as
CSS, HTML5, and JavaScript frameworks such as
JQuery/Angular/React/Bootstrap
- Understanding of Section 508 compliance
- Time management and prioritization skills; ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously, at various stages of their
development
- Have a strong user experience design portfolio that
demonstrates design solutions for complex problems
- CSPO Certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Strong grasp of best practices in the digital healthcare
