Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Project Managers to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Marietta, GA.

Work Location: Marietta, GA
Duration: 6+ month contract with option to extend or hire
Education/Experience Required: Four year college degree with a preferred major in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or Mathematics; or equivalent experience resulting in broad knowledge of a field related to the job, plus 1 year of project/field service coordination experience

Job Description: Project Managers are responsible for on-boarding and maintaining the operations aspects of an assigned group of customer relationships.
They are responsible for handling escalations to assure that the operations departments within company are profitably executing dispatch orders in accordance with the expectations mutually agreed upon with the customer within a prescribed time frame.

Responsibilities : Managing major customer roll-outs (installation & service projects) and customer-specific initiatives as requested by management.
Functioning as the management point-of-contact and a second-level of escalation for customers.
Making financially impacting decisions, managing customer relations, being responsible for SLA compliance on deliverables, and communicating with customers so that each project's objectives are met.
Internal escalations, day-to-day monitoring of SLA compliance, quality assurance/ quality control compliance, post mortem documentation on non-compliance, and management-level reporting.
Working from the Technical Access Center & Operations Team in Marietta, GA with less than 5-10% travel (if any).
Independently navigate day to day operations and complex situations as they occur.
Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.

Other Duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications : Four year college degree with a preferred major in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or Mathematics; or equivalent experience resulting in broad knowledge of a field related to the job, plus 1 year of project/field service coordination experience. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
