Job DescriptionSalary: Position Summary: Quality Assurance
Specialist is responsible for ensuring our documentation, invoices,
and project updates meet our quality standards and offering
Xactimate support to response crews. Work closely with the Customer
Contact Center Manager in supporting Operations, Dispatch, and
Project Coordinators. The primary focus of this role will consist
of invoice review and mitigation documentation quality
assurance.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Primary Review cost
details, moisture maps, humidity readings, photos, scans, and notes
for accuracy. Submit a request for information to the responsible
party.Provide Xactimate Sketch and floor plan support to
respondersCross-reference scans to billing Invoice select
projectsProof, edit, and release project updatesAssemble reports
and respond to inquiries from insurance carriersCreate new and
audit existing Xactimate macros and Proposal templatesMaintain
Matterport Cloud librarySecondaryAnswer incoming callsEnter and
qualify opportunitiesDispatch respondersAssist callers with
collections inquiries, processing payments, and troubleshooting
dehumidification equipment issuesRespond to urgent website and
social media inquiriesKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:General
knowledge of commercial and personal lines claims adjusting
practicesExtensive experience reviewing mitigation invoices and
backupExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the
ability to communicate professionally Advanced computer skills and
proficiency with a Mac. Experience using Google Business Suite and
Salesforce is a plus. Strong organizational and time management
skills with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detailStrong
sense of urgency and problem-solving skillsHighly motivated; able
to work independently and in a team environmentHighly dependable
and reliable with regards to work schedule and ability to meet
project deadlinesDemonstrated expertise, and commitment to,
providing an extremely high level of customer serviceEDUCATION /
EXPERIENCE / CERTIFICATIONS:Minimum of 2 to 3 years of progressive
experience in restoration or property claimsProficient with
Xactimate 28, including XactCloud and Sketch. IICRC Water Damage
Restoration, IICRC Applied Structural Drying a plusPHYSICAL
DEMANDS:Physical demands are considered to be that of an office
environment, climate-controlled, with minimal physical exertion.
This position requires prolonged sitting, the ability to utilize a
computer, and interactions with others in meetings or via phone.
