Actual Job Title - Training Administrator and Document Control SpecialistIn this role, you have the opportunity to work cross functionally across the North America Market to support end users and ensure all mandatory training requirements are set and executed as required by the Quality Management System.You are responsible for--- Define a lean training and training administration practice in scope.--- Ensure the Training Management System complies to the intended use and complies to regulatory requirements--- Approve each training material prior to usage and control the set and recording of approved trainings--- Ensure that training content is controlled and access to make changes is managed--- Ensure the assignment of training requirements profiles and documentation for all job' required training--- Ensure that managers assign the correct training profiles to all individual employees based on job requirement profiles--- Provide feedback to users on profile and training compliance and non-compliance--- Support users on using the Training Management System--- Ensure all mandatory training requirements are set and training is executed as required--- Administer both profiles and training records in line with regulatory requirements--- Ensure Training Management System setup--- Support continuous improvement activities and projects relating to training--- Supporting the organization with improving training compliance--- Collects and maintains documents & records of the latest revision level.--- Timely distribution of latest revision level documents &records to all appropriate users and ensures that obsolete documentation is removed from distribution / publication.--- Maintains the document management system an ensure fast retrieval of documents &records.--- Controls issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of proper document registers.--- Ensures proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving.--- Reviews correct formatting and completeness of documentation and prepares document transmittals--- Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.--- Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors and functional peer groups. Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or scheduleYou are a part ofAs a result of Client renewed dedication to Quality, it has recently restructured its organization to ensure you and your department have clear collaboration with Client Business Group and Market leadership, and can harness the expertise of five Centers of Excellence (COEs). The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.--- Degree or certificate in education or equivalent job-related experience in training and education--- 2-3 years of experience in a regulated industry, preferably medical devices or pharmaceuticals--- Technical experience with tools used for training administration or qualification tracking system--- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw meaningful conclusion, present findings, and propose improvements--- Excellent organization, analytical and troubleshooting/problem solving skills.--- Experience applying lean methods like problem solving, daily management and Kaizen to make processes simpler and more efficient--- Working knowledge of FDA regulations, Quality System Regulations, and regulatory requirements specific to document and record controls and training.--- Ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
