Responsibilities
" Eligible for up to $2500 Sign on Bonus "

The Server's primary function will include serving, cashiering, hosting, Barista and pre-busing all while satisfying the needs of the guests. Must be able to use computer registers, balance cash, properly complete daily cashier paperwork, and maintain flow of customer line. In addition, area is maintained in a professional and welcoming condition by restocking and general cleanup. The neatly presented server demonstrates a positive attitude and impression. Working from a team-centered approach, communicates effectively while serving the needs of the restaurant guest. Makes excellence the goal of each interaction. All aspects of food handling shall be in accordance with HACCP, health and regulatory standards. Completes all other job duties as assigned by leadership.

Required Minimum Education
High School Diploma or GED certificate
Required Minimum Experience
1-3 years restaurant food service experience preferred.
Required Minimum Skills
Must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written English language and math. Ability to maintain excellent customer under stressful conditions in a courteous, professional, yet tactful manner. Good math skills required. Knowledge of safe food handling procedures.
