What does a great Client Service Advisor do?

You will work directly with clients, typically mid to large financial institutions, point of sale system integrators, value added resellers, and organizations that partner with Fiserv to sell our products and services to merchants and/or financial institutions. We are seeking an analytical , business-savvy, results-driven project manager/ business account manager , who is not only capable of managing accounts but also taking ownership, growing the revenue, taking a strategic approach to maintaining, growing and developing our existing partnerships yet creating /new relationships. This position will be working with our Hardware Services department

As a Client Service Advisor, you can look forward to:

•Being the first point of contact for any issues or discrepancies or escalation issues.

•Establishing and collaborating with centers of influence and referral relationships to win new business.

•Proactively identifying new business opportunities within the client engagement and managing all aspects from service definition, cost/pricing analysis, contract updates and implementation of the new service.

•Providing oversight of service delivery for clients. This includes proactive planning aligned closely with rollouts, conversions, implementations, development, product management and client services.

•Providing regular reports that provide a detail overview of the client engagement. In addition, reporting current sales forecast, top issues being worked for the client, new opportunities you are working on with the client, etc.

•Taking proactive steps to change the business terms if any aspect of the relationship becomes disadvantageous to Fiserv identifying and promoting other Fiserv products/services that could be of value and leveraged by the client which includes having broader awareness of solutions outside of Hardware Solutions.

Is seeking a Relationship Management Role with the opportunity to grow and increase revenue through solid relationship build and management. Is are known for your great PowerPoint presentations and your stellar Excel skills. You listen to your clients, understand their needs, and determine how you can help them achieve their goals. If you are analytical, technically savvy, a clear communicator, and have a passion for maintaining relationships, we want to hear from you!

Basic qualifications for consideration: • 4 years of experience as an Account/Client Executive or National Client Service Representative with large financial institutions, point of sale system integrators, value added resellers. • High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Preferred qualifications: Experience with Electronic payment systems, POS payment hardware and IT systems.
