responsibilities:Will work as IAM support for Clients application
teams using the Ping stackInvestigate issues and queries using the
existing bodies of knowledgeManage customer expectations under high
pressure situationsCommunicate frequently follow up with the
customer by phone, email and internet meeting systemsContribute to
knowledge baseUnderstanding of business processBe a guide, sharing
knowledge, on-boarding and supporting other EngineersExperience
with Ping suite of products including Ping Federate, Ping Access,
Ping Directory, PingIDExperience with installation, integration and
deployment of Ping Access and Ping Federate serversPing Application
Support Engineer - Banking and Financial services - Information
TechnologyBasic Qualifications for Consideration:Strong
understanding of different operating systems such as UNIX / LINUX,
WINtel, and AIXHands on scripting experience using shell, perl
scripting languages to automate software builds, config management
and other repeatable / scriptable processes such as server patching
validationStrong working knowledge of SQL, DB2 and Oracle
databasesExtensive knowledge on troubleshooting complex system
issues with multiple influencing factorsTechnical propensity to
thrive in a cutting edge technology environmentStrong Knowledge of
Cloud Technology concepts, topologies and service models (PaaS,
AWS)Experience with implementing micro services architecture and
build/deploy automated, scalable and maintainable
infrastructureExperience with SDLC, Agile development and Waterfall
methodologiesSolid experience with monitoring systems such as
Splunk, App DynamicsKnowledge of additional Security applications
such as Centrify, CybrArk, Hypr, Yubikey are a plusBachelor's
degree in Computer Science or related field5+ years IT
experienceSDL2017
