Previous successful experience in program integration and subcontract management organizations provided balanced perspective of the importance of effective program execution and prudent program management which compliments current pursuit and capture responsibilities. Closure oriented while maintaining strong focus on internal and external customer requirements and constraints. Activities predominately include Campaign Lead for challenging and complex international Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) and Foreign Military Sales of C-130J and LM100J aircraft and sustainment programs. Will include leading the development of detailed campaign strategies with multiple business area such as Strategy, Advance Development Programs, Business Capture, Sustainment, consultants, Lockheed Martin International, Lockheed Martin Government Affairs, and Program offices. Activities in the portfolio represent the full breadth of international business development from the earliest shaping of emerging customer opportunities in developing and developed countries through to the capture and keep sold phases to shape governments who may or may not be currently operating C-130 or L-100 aircraft. The selected candidate will communicate with domestic and international customers and decision makers at all levels focusing on operational capability, cost of ownership benefits and needs/requirements. This individual will be required to travel internationally to conduct meetings and events. Additionally, the selected candidate will execute and/or support the broad range of business development activities including market development, opportunity qualification, customer relationship management, decision mapping, competitive intelligence, customer analysis, competitor assessment, message and strategy development, written responses to requests for information (RFIs) and proposals. This position is in Marietta, GA Discover Marietta. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 15+ year of professional experience. Experience with US and/or foreign military government structure and procurement process. Knowledge of working with international customers on direct commercial sale or foreign military sale of aircraft, sustainment, or another product sale. Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries and jurisdictions and leading customer meetings and cross-discipline teams in development of customer solutions. Has some experience working with international governments. Currently possess at least an interim Secret clearance Desired Skills: Experience with international or domestic LM programing, business capture, advanced development program or business development. Experience working within the US military defense acquisition process to include foreign military sales and direct commercial sales. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to quickly grasp technology concepts and translate their value to customers. Ability to utilize political skills to cope with conflict. Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing business environment and priorities. Operational or command experience in US military air mobility aircraft as well as headquarters staff experience. Demonstrated ability to craft presentations for senior management and customers. Ability to travel internationally sometimes for extended periods.
