/ Engineer is a privacy compliance subject matter expert with deep
knowledge of IT architecture, product development, cloud
infrastructure, and technical use cases concerning personal
information usage, and working knowledge of applicable privacy
laws. This role is responsible for working in close collaboration
with various teams to effectively advise the business on
requirements, data use and the development of technical privacy
controls to effect end-to-end privacy-by-design. The position
works within existing business processes to create technical
solutions and implement privacy principles by integrating
Privacy-by-Design in the product development and release
lifecycles. The position is also a privacy technology expert
providing advice to Information Security, others in the Privacy
Office, and business unit technology and compliance personnel.
Responsible for developing, owning, and overseeing privacy
enhancing design and standards throughout Change Healthcare’s
technical landscape to ensure data is being used correctly.
Advise the business in defining requirements, analyzing systems
and architect changes.
Coordinate with Change Healthcare SLT and ELT stakeholders to
translate technical risks and business imperative to drive
Acts as a technical go-between among the Privacy, Information
Security, and business unit technology teams.
The position will work with external stakeholders, and
internally with other Privacy Office team members, to develop
appropriate documentation, respond to audit inquiries, and assist
with development and review of legal disclosures.
Knowledge and continued monitoring of NIST and HITRUST Privacy
Frameworks and other industry accepted privacy and security privacy
and security frameworks.
There will be required analysis of existing and new platforms,
products, applications, APIs and data use proposals to determine
ongoing compliance with global privacy laws and regulation. This
individual will likely facilitate several strategic discussions
with the Senior Leadership Team on a quarterly basis.
Review and assist, as appropriate, with remediation steps
identified in HIPAA Risk Assessment(s).
Manage the Enterprise Privacy Office’s suite of workflow tools,
including but not limited to One Trust and Radar. Support the
EPO with technical implementation and management of tools including
enhancements, new features, and updates.
Support the Privacy Office with the privacy incident management
process (analysis, investigation, notification and remediation), as

responsible for supporting the Privacy Office in presentations and
discussions with the Executive Leadership Team.
