Responsible for performing a wide variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative in the utilization of Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment for the diagnosis and/or treatment of disease. The technologist is able to independently perform job functions. Sets up the equipment to provide imaging service and positions patient for the procedure./pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"strongHours: Friday 11:00 am to 5:30 pm and Sunday 7:00 pm to 7:30 am /strong/pbrh3Qualifications/h3brp style="margin: 0px;"emstrongRequired Minimum Education/strong/em: Graduate of AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology./pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"emstrongRequired Minimum Experience/strong/em: 12 months of experience in Magnetic Resonance Imaging preferred./pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"emstrongRequired Minimum Certification/strong/em: Registered by ARRT. MR registry preferred. Current BLS with the American Heart Association/pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"emstrongRequired Minimum Skills/strong/em: The individual must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written English language and display a positive attitude. If site is ACR accredited must meet minimum requirements. Competency in all aspects of MRI, patient positioning, pulse sequence parameters and magnet safety.
