Job Description:
Kellanova, a pioneer in the global food industry with powerhouse
brands such as Cheez-It®, Pringles®, and Eggo®, is seeking a
dedicated Quality and Food Safety Supervisor to join our dynamic
quality assurance team. This position plays a crucial role in
maintaining our commitment to excellence by ensuring all product
lines meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal
candidate will oversee our comprehensive food safety protocols,
lead quality audits, and manage a team of quality assurance
technicians to sustain the integrity and safety of our food
products across various markets. Manage and implement quality
assurance and food safety protocols throughout the production
process. Lead and conduct regular quality audits, both internal and
external, to ensure compliance with local, national, and
international food safety regulations. Supervise a team of quality
assurance technicians, providing training and support to ensure
consistency in quality checks and corrective actions. Collaborate
with production teams to integrate quality assurance practices into
daily operations. Analyze quality data and reports to identify
trends and areas for improvement in the production process. Liaise
with supply chain managers to ensure quality standards are met from
raw materials through to finished product. Stay up-to-date on
industry advancements and changes in food safety regulations.
Strong leadership skills Expertise in HACCP, GMP, and FDA
regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple
tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in quality assurance software
