Kellanova is excited to offer an opportunity for a Quality and Food Safety Supervisor at our dynamic company, a leader in the snack and breakfast food sectors. The chosen candidate will provide supervision and leadership in our Quality Assurance department, ensuring all products meet our high standards of safety and quality, contributing to Kellanova’s global reputation. Supervise daily operations of the quality assurance staff and manage the implementation of food safety protocols. Develop, validate, and review quality and safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular quality audits and prepare detailed reports on findings. Manage compliance with national and international food safety laws, including FDA and ISO regulations. Coordinate and lead training sessions for quality assurance and production staff on new regulations and technologies. Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvements and reduce waste. Oversee customer complaint investigations and resolution.
