Job Description Job Description Position Summary: Entry level. Basic knowledge of assembly. Regular direction given by higher level assemblers or group leader. Little required knowledge of parts/product. Accountabilities: Performs repetitive simple assembly of larger pieces or products with a small number of details. Works to production levels specified/outlined by Company. Works with standardized products/methods. Performs simple adjustments/fitting with liberal tolerances. May operate simple assembly machines, but usually works with hand tools. Quality/Safety Responsibility: Checks work at regular intervals, bringing problems to attention of line leader or group leader. Responsible for quality corresponding to production capability. Adheres to safety standards and rules as set by Company. Practices routine safety methods. Supervisory Responsibility: None Qualifications: Manual dexterity and ability to use small hand tools.
