The purpose of this role is to prepare and organize legal documentation.

Responsibilities:
--- The primary responsibilities of this role are to prepare legal documents for client signing meetings
--- Keeping the client informed while facilitating the processing of the legal documents between the planning and signing meetings
--- Completing the execution of the legal documents

Qualifications:
Required Skills/Abilities:---
--- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
--- Excellent verbal communication skills
--- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
--- Attention to details
--- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
--- Proficient with CRM database, Microsoft Office, and Mac OS

Education and Experience:
--- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
--- Experience in a law office is not required but helpful
--- 1+ years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
