We are looking for a Georgia attorney with at least 2 years'
experience handling probate and estate planning matters. The
attorney will be primarily responsible for our Probate Court cases
(including uncontested and contested probate, administration,
year's support, guardianships, and conservatorships). The attorney
will also be assisting the firm's founder with estate plan design,
preparation, and signings.
Our ideal candidate is experienced, efficient, enjoys litigation,
and is very proactive in moving cases to resolution.--This is a
full-time position. Compensation depends on experience and bonuses
are available for those with proven profitability.

Responsibilities:
Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff
Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case
strategies
Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and
determining a proper course of action
Work closely with and provide leadership to administrative staff
concerning client billing, client meetings and invoicing, as well
as finalizing client projects
--- Represent clients in court
--- Design and finalize estate plans, including trusts, wills,
powers of attorney, and advance directives for health care
Qualifications:
Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal
skills, and communication skills are a must
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary
--- Work independently while handling a full caseload
--- Minimum 2 years experience as a probate attorney (prior
courtroom experience required)
--- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and
Georgia State Bar member in good standing
