Job Description:

seeking a skilled Manager of Network Engineering to lead our IT
department in optimizing and expanding our network capabilities.
This role demands strategic oversight of the company’s internal
networks, ensuring robust, secure networking infrastructure that
aligns with our goals of innovation and sustainable growth. By
managing a talented team of network professionals, you will help us
continue to thrive as a dynamic, progressive force across multiple
industries. Design, implement, and oversee the maintenance of the
corporate network infrastructure to ensure stable and secure
operations. Lead a team of network engineers and oversee the
recruitment, training, and professional development activities.
Develop strategic plans for network upgrades and expansions,
including the integration of innovative technologies. Collaborate
with IT security teams to fortify network defenses and ensure
compliance with the latest security standards. Manage vendor
relationships, oversee service agreements, and ensure equipment and
service quality. Monitor network performance, anticipate potential
issues, and devise preemptive measures. Budget management and
resource allocation for the IT networking department. Proficient in
network architecture and infrastructure management. Strong
leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of
security protocols and disaster recovery processes. Exceptional
problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Medical
