Job Description:
Cox Automotive, a key player in the automotive services
industry, is looking for a Sr Product Owner to drive product
development in our technology department. This role requires a
strategic thinker with robust experience in product lifecycle
management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with
cross-functional teams to build products that enhance the
automotive buying and selling experience. Utilizing your in-depth
knowledge of automotive operations, you will guide product vision,
define roadmaps, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
that meet market needs and company objectives. Define and refine
product strategies and roadmaps in line with company goals and
market demand Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
engineering, sales, marketing, and support to deliver high-quality
products on time Gather and prioritize product and customer
requirements to ensure the team is working on the features that
maximize business value and customer satisfaction Analyze market
trends and competitor strategies to adapt product direction Act as
a primary communicator between stakeholders and development teams,
maintaining clear channels for feedback and progress updates Manage
product backlogs, sprint planning, and roadmap execution ensuring
all deadlines are met with optimal resource utilization Ensure
products meet industry standards and client expectations for a
seamless automotive buying and selling experience Strong analytical
and product management skills Experience with Agile or Scrum
product development methodologies Proficient in creating product
roadmaps and managing product lifecycles Strong communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with
diverse teams Deep understanding of the automotive industry and
technology trends Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Agile
Certified Practitioner (ACP) or equivalent
