Job Description:
Cox Automotive is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce
Administrator to oversee the enhancement and efficiency of our
Salesforce platform, which is integral to supporting our diverse
automotive services. The successful candidate will be responsible
for managing the Salesforce environment, optimizing system
processes, and ensuring the platform aligns with business
objectives, thus contributing significantly to our mission of
transforming the automotive industry by delivering high-quality
services and solutions. You will be working in a dynamic,
fast-paced environment, interfacing with cross-functional teams to
foster data-driven decision making and operational excellence.
Administer and manage the Salesforce.com environment for optimal
performance Implement customizations and configurations within the
Salesforce platform Conduct routine audits and maintenance tasks to
ensure system integrity and data quality Develop and maintain
comprehensive reports and dashboards to aid strategic
decision-making Collaborate with internal teams to gather and
respond to user requirements Provide training and support to
Salesforce users Manage Salesforce integration with other in-house
systems, ensuring smooth connectivity and data flow Stay updated on
new Salesforce features and functionality to provide
recommendations for process improvements Strong proficiency with
Salesforce CRM, including configuration and customization Expertise
in Salesforce integration patterns Experience with Salesforce user
administration and data migration Knowledge of Salesforce reporting
and dashboard creation Excellent problem-solving and project
management skills Strong analytical and communication skills
