Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist responsible for
preparing and processing payroll while ensuring compliance with
regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Process payroll biweekly using ADP, ensuring accuracy and
compliance with payroll laws
Prepare payroll reports, support year-end processing, and conduct
payroll audits
Serve as the main contact for employee payroll inquiries and assist
with payroll onboarding
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a
related field (preferred but not required)
2-5 years of experience processing full-cycle payroll for
medium-sized businesses
Proficiency with ADP or similar payroll software and advanced
knowledge of Microsoft Excel
In-depth understanding of payroll regulations and strong
mathematical abilities
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll
Certification (FPC) is preferred but not required
