Job Description:
Responsibilities
The PAS QA Operations Trainer position reports directly to PAS QA
and Onboarding Director.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Providing virtual and or in-person PAS and Front Office Reg
Essentials Onboarding and Operations Training.
Additionally, collaborates with department leaders and business
partners on the creation and development of all
onboarding and operations training content.
This position has the potential to impact several hundred PAS and
Front Office team members each year through the
PAS Reg Essentials Onboarding program, supporting new location
implementations, and the ongoing operations
training for existing team members.
