Job Description:

Human Resource Dimensions has been engaged to place a Human Resources Manager for a growing healthcare client in the Atlanta area. The HR Manager will lead the HR function and will build a best-in-class department. This reports to the CEO.

We are seeking a leader that has experience building HR programs from scratch and driving the overall HR strategy with an entrepreneurial firm. This role is hybrid with a few days onsite in Marietta, GA.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement programs across HR, Talent, and Total Rewards.
Focus on employee engagement, development, and retention efforts.
Work with and guide managers on HR policies and employee relations.
Lead the company culture efforts with a focus on company values and mission.
Manage the talent acquisition process, which involves recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified candidates across the US; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Consults with the leadership team on building the organization structure and forecasting hiring needs.
Manage the employee onboarding process, including new hire orientation, and training.
Design, develop, implement, and execute programs and processes to support the talent engagement and development strategy (i.e., onboarding, mentoring, career planning, succession planning).
Develop and manage the performance review process.
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Manage and provide guidance on all employee relations issues.
Maintain accurate records of employee information and updates information as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
A minimum of five years of human resource management experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
