Marco s Shift Manager/ Shift LeaderMarco's is currently seeking Shift Managers and Shift Leaders for immediate hire. We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting with management qualified candidates.Responsibilities:Shift Managers will assist the Assistant and General Managers with daily kitchen operations and some administrative responsibilities.Assist Customers over the phones & over the counter.General kitchen operations and backoffice tasks; Opening & Closing the store, Food Prep in the morning, stocking & rotating, maintaining cleanliness & cleaning at close, monitoring service reports, running closing computer tasks, etc.Will train in basic kitchen administrative tasks. e.g., inventory, food ordering, scheduling, operations reports, etc.Manager Requirements:Must be available for some Night & Weekend shifts.Must have attention for detail & food quality.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Must have good customer service skills.Must have good communication skills.Must display maturity, patience and good people skills.Must have basic computer and math skills.Benefits:Competitive salaryDiscount on food purchase available every day, during shifts and on days off.Shifts & hours are very flexible.Eligible AMs can be promoted to GM on a reduced timetable if qualified or competence and performance is proven.
