Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for talented individuals to assist us in providing answering services on behalf of our customers. Our Agents are representatives for different nationwide customers by answering their incoming calls and assisting their clients. We answer anything from routine calls to emergencies 24 hours a day/365 days a year.Why work at Northwest Answering Service?This is a position where you can make a difference by helping people in need.We foster a family atmosphere where co-workers are very close and friendly.Inbound call centerJob Requirements Provide a high level of customer service to all callers, care, and advocate for our clients, and address their needs in the most efficient time and manner. Follow the client-specific screens to answer caller questions; taking messages and relaying information as directed Assist in keeping customer instructions current and accurate Assist in various administrative functions as neededQualifications and Skills High school graduate (or GED) Ability to work different shifts holidays, weekends, and evenings.
