(RN) Home Health for a nursing job in Marietta, Georgia. Job

RN - Duration: Ongoing - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days
- Employment Type: Staff RN Case Manager – Home Health Base
Location: Marietta, GA Coverage Area: Dallas / Paulding County
Shift: Day Shift (Full-time) Despite the title RN Case Manager,
this is essentially a Home Health Nurse role with case management
responsibilities. The nurse will: • Manage 25–35 patients at home •
Coordinate care with therapists, social workers, physicians •
Perform clinical visits and documentation • Supervise LPNs and Home
Health Aides This is a field-based role, not hospital bedside. Must
Have ? RN license (GA or compact) ? At least 1 year Med-Surg
nursing experience ? BLS certification ? Strong clinical assessment
skills Preferred ? Home Health experience ? ICU experience ? OASIS
