A physician-owned private practice is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join their thriving and well-established private practice in North Georgia. This reputable group, founded in 1981, comprises 10 experienced physicians and 16 advanced practice providers, offering both ASC ownership and partnership opportunities. With earning potential approaching $1 million, this is an ideal opportunity for both new graduates seeking mentorship and seasoned physicians looking for immediate volume in a collegial environment. Position Highlights: -Well-Respected Group: Join a collaborative team of 10 board-certified gastroenterologists, 16 advanced practice providers, CRNAs, and work closely with hepatobiliary surgeons. -Robust Support System: Dedicated, hospital and clinic-based APPs, with a 1:10 call schedule with first call covered by APPs. -Established Volume: Immediate access to a strong referral network and steady patient base, with 15–18 procedures per day on average. -Flexible Schedule: Monday–Friday with 4 procedural days and a half-day clinic on Fridays. -Advanced Procedures Encouraged: Group performs ~500 EUS and ~300 ERCP procedures annually, with ample opportunity to grow these volumes. -Modern, State-of-the-Art Facilities: Two beautiful ambulatory surgery centers with ownership opportunity, Olympus scopes, and Epic EMR. -Mentorship Available: Supportive partners with advanced therapeutic expertise provide strong mentorship and clinical guidance. -Competitive Compensation Package: -Generous sign-on bonus ($25K–$50K) and relocation assistance ($10K) -Call compensation up to $50K annually -Guaranteed base salary (based on experience) with a pathway to partnership -Comprehensive benefits package -Visa Support: H1B and J1 candidates are encouraged to apply.
